The AFK lobby and private servers grant passive rewards on a five-minute timer. Standard Roblox accounts receive 10 cash plus XP each interval. Roblox Premium subscribers receive 20 cash plus XP on the same timer — a straight double that makes premium valuable for roster unlock grinding even if you never buy Robux directly.

AFK income does not include tokens. Tokens require ranked wins, kills, daily quests, character path tiers, or season rewards. Use this calculator for cash and XP projections only, then consult our token guide for ranked income stacking.

These rates apply when your character remains in the correct AFK zone or private server without idle kick. Roblox may disconnect inactive sessions — factor reconnect downtime into long AFK plans.

Optional: add estimated active ranked or casual play hours for a combined daily income line. Ranked cash varies by performance, so the calculator uses conservative average values from community data when active hours are entered.

Example: eight hours overnight AFK without premium yields 96 intervals × 10 cash = 960 cash — nearly one starter unlock. With premium, the same session yields 1920 cash — one non-starter plus change.

AFK Farming Strategy Tips

Stack AFK with daily play rather than choosing one exclusively. Ranked sessions when you are active plus overnight AFK beats either method alone for total weekly cash.

Time AFK sessions around starter and non-starter purchase goals. If you need 6000 cash for all starters and AFK 240 cash hourly with premium, twenty-five hours of passive time covers the gap regardless of ranked performance.

Verify you are in the AFK lobby zone that triggers payouts. Private server owners can AFK on their own servers with the same rates — useful if public AFK lobbies are crowded or unstable.

Is Premium Worth It for AFK?

Premium doubles AFK cash income exclusively among passive methods — it does not double ranked rewards or token earnings. If you AFK more than four hours daily, premium often pays for itself in accelerated roster unlocks compared to standard rates.
